Do I have to create an account to use Parkedin™?

Creating an account is not required to use Parkedin™. Parkedin offers Guest checkout services. When you check out as a Guest on Parkedin, your receipt will be emailed to you.

Do I have to download the Parkedin™ app to pay for parking?

Although a mobile app option is available, you are not required to download Parkedin™ to pay for parking. Instead, you can use the app-free, scan-to-pay option.

To use scan-to-pay at a parking meter:

  1. Scan the QR code using the camera on your mobile device or enter the parking lot Zone ID.
  2. Input your parking and payment information to complete your purchase.

To use scan-to-pay at a gated parking lot:

  1. Scan the QR code on your entry ticket using the camera on your mobile device.
  2. Input your parking and payment information to complete your purchase.
  3. Scan or insert your entry ticket at the exit.

How do I add/delete a payment method on Parkedin™?

To add a payment method on Parkedin™:

  1. Select "Payment" in the main navigation.
  2. Select "Add payment method".
  3. Enter your payment details.
  4. Save the payment method.

To delete a payment method on Parkedin™:

  1. Select "Payment" in the main navigation.
  2. Select the payment method you would like to delete.
  3. Delete the payment method.

How do I add/delete my saved license plates on Parkedin™?

To add a saved license plate on Parkedin™:

  1. Select "Vehicles" in the navigation.
  2. Select "Add vehicle".
  3. Enter your vehicle license plate.
  4. Save your vehicle information.

  2. Select the vehicle you would like to delete.
  3. Delete the vehicle.

How do I update my Parkedin™ account information?

To update your Parkedin™ account information:

  1. Select your profile in the main navigation.
  2. Select "Edit" to update your name, phone number, address, or password.

How do I switch between license plates on Parkedin™?

When making a payment on Parkedin™, users are prompted to enter/select a license plate from the saved plates associated with the account.

Are there any additional fees when using Parkedin?

Yes, there is a $0.35 convenience fee in addition to posted rates when using Parkedin.

Can I receive an email copy of my receipt in guest mode?

Yes, you can receive an email copy of your receipt by entering your email address when prompted after you pay for parking.

Can I view past parking sessions?

Yes, for those with a Parkedin account you can view past parking sessions. Select "Sessions" in the main navigation and all current and past parking sessions will be listed. Alternatively, you can select "Park" from the main navigation to view your most recent parking sessions.
